The Ultimate Shop & Facility Experience

• Shop Equipment & Repair Specialist: Ensure continuous operations by performing preventive maintenance on shop equipment, repairing small tools, and tackling small building projects. You will also maintain a clean, safe environment by cleaning specialized rooms (sandblast/powder coat) and changing/cleaning filters.
• Facility & Grounds Support: Maintain professional facility excellence by cleaning offices and bathrooms, managing total property logistics like trash collection, mail retrieval, and climate control monitoring. Additionally, ensure the grounds are pristine through lawn care, field dragging, and maintaining fencing/water quality.
• Equine Assistance: Assist with the horses' daily routine, handling feeding, turn-outs, stall cleaning, and meticulous grooming including feet cleaning.

Who You Are

• Experience: Must be familiar and comfortable working with horses, including feeding and basic healthcare.
• Technical Skills: Ability to use small tools for building projects and equipment repair.
• Reliability: Consistent attendance for the 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM shift.
• Communication: Ability to provide daily updates on maintenance needs and supply levels.
